Frequently Asked Questions

The food is usually served buffet style depending on how the client would like it served. As you may know, “We Cook, You Serve” is on our website. We do not serve in order to provide the client with streamlined competitive pricing. All of our food is cooked in our kitchen on our premises. We do not do Catering Trucks or Taquero Service (taco guy making tacos).

Serving utensils are provided upon request at no additional charge.

We do deliver for a delivery fee. Here in Watsonville the fee starts at $25 and increases as the distance increases. Delivery request must be done well in advance to ensure the kitchen staff and drivers can meet the delivery request at a timely manner, as there are many delivery requests.

Orders can be placed by phone or email. Email request are usually picked up within 24 hours with a reply or confirmation of a requested order.

Orders can be ordered up to 3 months in advance. The sooner the order is placed, your order date and time is secure (recommended). If you request delivery, you would need to place your order at least 7 to 10 days out. Anything less than that cannot always be guaranteed. Any orders for pick up can be placed up to 24 to 48 hours in advance. *This is not recommended for peak season i.e: Graduation season, major holidays to especially include December 24 (the busiest time of the year). Place your orders early for this one.

Payment for pick up orders can be made at time of pick up. If sending someone else to pick up, prepayment is accepted as well. Payments for deliveries must be made 3 days prior to delivery date. All credit card info is destroyed after it is run and accepted thru the registers. Copies of receipts are always made available with the order once picked up or delivered. Deposits may be required.

You may adjust quantities up to 3 days priors to the pick up or delivery date. Credit card info may be requested once again if the balance is already paid in full.

Chaffing dishes can be rented for a $20 fee and set up at your location for an additional $10. Credit card is required for deposit and it is the responsibility of the client to return the chafing dishes intact and complete. If you plan on renting from us or another business, our large trays fit perfectly inside. You may also fit 2 small trays into a chaffing dish to save space on your buffet table.
